It is easy! Just fill out the form on the right to start the process.
Once we receive your phone, the entire data recovery process takes 3-5 days on average. If you have us ship you a box to send your phone in, the box usually arrives within 2-3 days.
We will email you as soon as the phone arrives and let you know we are starting the recovery process.
We charge $300 if we are successful in recovering your data. If we are unsuccessful, there is no charge.
Yes! We specialize in liquid damage recovery.
There are a couple different success rates depending on the kind of damage the phone has withstood.
1. Liquid Damage : 75%
2. Drop Damage : 75%
3. Deleted file recovery : under 5%
Most likely, yes. If your phone has been liquid damaged or dropped, we will void the warranty with our recovery process. If your phone has an issue that does not require us to open the phone (very rare cases), the warranty will not be voided by us.
We will tell you what data we were able to get back and you can decide if it is worth the $300 for the data. If it is not worth it, there is no charge for the attempt. If it is worth it, it is $300.
If we can't get your data back we will ship your phone back to you free of charge.
We return the phone to you unless you want us to recycle it for you.

Be sure to wrap the phone in at least 3 inches of bubble wrap. Be sure to include a note with your name, phone number, email address, and shipping address so we can match the phone with your recovery form.
Yes! We do not cover the shipping if the phone is from out of the USA, but as long as you are willing to pay shipping both ways, we would be happy to attempt a data recovery on your phone.
We take privacy very seriously. All recovered data is stored in 256 bit encrypted drives for 2 weeks after the recovery. After 2 weeks, the data is securely wiped from our backup drives. This 2 week period gives you time to get your recovered data and verify the data.
